    Some coupons can be redeemed more than once which will allow you to use the same bonus again with your next deposit. Some coupons can only be redeemed once per player and this will be stated in the terms for the promotion.
    In order to redeem a coupon it is generally required that your account balance with White Lotus Casino should be below a certain amount, usually R1. It is also important to note that when using a deposit related coupon you will need to request the coupon from our Cashier section before placing your deposit. If you have forgotten to request the coupon before making your deposit it may still be possible to redeem the coupon after your deposit, however this needs to be done immediately after placing your deposit without performing any other transactions in your account, such as placing a bet.

Such bonuses generally have a lower wagering requirement than no deposit bonuses and do not usually have a maximum withdrawal amount.
    No Deposit bonuses are bonuses which do not require any deposit to activate. Such bonuses usually carry a higher wagering requirement and have a maximum cash out amount from the bonus. eg. No deposit bonus of R100 has a 60 times wagering requirement with a maximum cash out of twice the bonus amount (R200). This then means that the player will have to complete wagering of R6000 (60 x R100) and will only be able to withdraw R200 from this free bonus.

  17. What is a wagering requirement and how does it work?
  18. Wagering is the total value of your bets placed, regardless of whether you win or lose. Bonus credits have wagering requirements which may differ according to the bonus type used.
    For example; you have used non deposit related bonus of R100 which has a wagering requirement of 60 times. This then means that you need to place bets to the total value of R6000 (R100 x 60) before this bonus will convert to real money which you can then request for withdrawal.
    Deposit related bonuses have wagering requirements as based on a total of the deposit amount plus bonus credits used. e.g. You place a deposit of R100 and redeem a bonus of 50% which gives you an extra R50 to play with making the total amount R150. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 30 times the deposit plus bonus amount. Therefore you will be required to place bets to a total value of R4500 (R150 x 30) before you will be able to cash out winnings from the bonus amount.
